The content of this book (CD comes with it) is cutting edge.

I have gazillion of books, participated in gazillion workshops (OK a bit exaggerated) , and spent a lot of money, time and effort in improving self, business, and outlook in life, etc.

But this is ONE little book and CD that accompany, which costs less than $20 manifested things I wanted in matter of days (less than 1 month to be exact).  Things I wanted / desired didn’t manifest this quickly with any other books/workshops, coaching programs etc. I think I spent tens and thousand of dollars over the past 2-3 years for all kinds of things.  EVERYTHING contributed to a certain degree and I do not regret any of the things I tried.  But this one little low cost book tops everything else in my opinion.  I have not read this book cover to cover.  Just first few pages had EVERYTHING I needed.  It is truly life changing.

Since then, I bought a lot of books/CDs from Esther and Jerry Hicks since then and gave them to my friends for the Holidays, Birthdays, and for no particular occasion.  Out of all books, The Astonishing Power of Emotions is still my favorite.  For those who listen to the accompanying CD over and over again and truly “get” the information presented on first few pages will start manifesting sooner rather than later (this is just based on my own experience and observation).

And yes….since we are all human, we all need to reinforce the information over and over again; otherwise we easily “forget”; divert away from true “self” / “being” and manifestation stops.

Many “inspired” entrepreneurs put smiles on their faces rain or shine; regardless of challenges & obstacles.  Why? because we know that challenges are opportunities in disguise.   Challenges make us grow.  Challenges are GOOD things.

However… when challenges happen one after another – non-stop for a while; don’t we get tired and say “common’, isn’t that enough already????” .  I was at that boiling point this morning.  I was screening inside my brains, Enough is Enough!!!!!!! (many exclamation points!).  Also…interestingly, when things happen in “sequence”, they have a common “theme”.  In my case, the theme was deception and debt this time.

Ever since around November of last year until now, I’ve experienced series of deceptions by people I trusted.  Some of  which created astronomical debt in short period of time.   Series of let downs, disappointments, disbelief, deceptions leading to debt (all with bad D words) were driving me crazy for the past few months.  Putting smile on my face was getting more and more challenging.

Couple of my weaknesses (and there are many…) are; a bit naive and trusting.  My “buddy” from Leadership Training warned me about this repeatedly – “You got to fix this or you will be burned!”; and he was right.  Well, it’s hard to change one’s nature. Also… apparently I DID ATTRACT some sharks in my life and I believe I HAD to experience this in sequence to cause enough PAINS – so I GET IT; “Watch out for the sharks!!”; learn how to protect yourself!!!  OK, OK – I got it.

In attempt to over come challenges and sudden hardship, I had no choice but to become extremely knowledgeable in the areas of Protection AND Debt elimination in VERY SHORT period of time.  With the knowledge I gained, I’m now on a much FASTER track to wealth.  Thanks to those who deceived and took advantage!  They are the true catalyst for change for better!

Today, I went to see Mary Lou Hunter, HHP (Holistic Health Practitioner) in Seal Beach for a heavenly massage ; she is a dear friend and the best HHP I know and I will ever know.  She is a powerful energy worker too & can “read” & “shift” energies.  I normally do not ask for anything specific but today, I asked….”I’m experiencing series of deceptions and blockages, do you think you can help?”; She asked for a permission to “enter” into my energy space.  I actually don’t know what that really means…but whatever she did shifted everything for good!!!  I was feeling so BLESSED to have such a wonderful person like her in my life!

By the time the “energy” massage completed in about 60 minutes, I was saying farewell to deception and debt.  I won’t allow them to enter into my space.  I won’t change my true nature either.  I will continue to be generous in helping others AND BE SUCCESSFUL at the same time.  Yeah, I can have it all.

About three days ago, I imagined stacks of solid GOLD bars.  I was not planning to invest.  I was just thinking…GOLD must be a good investment.  And today, gold mine investment opportunity was entertained.  Gold mine?  I never thought about such a thing as an investment vehicle before.  Again, I was not looking and I didn’t ask.  I was just talking with Mario Vazquez, an owner of reputable investment company who I have been doing some business with.  Apparently, there are a lot of mines with gold, silver, copper & other previous stones in Mexico (and actually such mines are all over the world….but in this case, Mexico) that are being sold so cheap.  Of course, one must do a due diligence and check the density of gold (or other precious metals & stones) a mine consists of.  The registration, engineering study, evaluation & report can cost about a million or more, but a good mine can be valued at 8-9 digits.

Mario was also looking for an investor who can provide a short-term bridge-loan for movie production.  I believe his friend, Hector Cordoba is the executive producer of a block buster movie to-be.  I heard that couple of companies are offering investment of $65M in production cost, but before the big money comes, there are immediate expenses to handle.  I decided to connect Mario with my contacts; starting out with Tom Cataldo who knows a lot of interesting people such as Brett-Livingstone Strong, a famous artist who plans to build a huge bronze Statue of Freedom in Long Beach (that competes? with Status of Liberty in NY) and a movie producer who is trying to buy a lot in Rosarito Beach formerly used to film Titanic, etc.  Tom himself was quite famous as an inventor back in the 70s.

I’m interested to know what comes out of the whole thing!!  I’m glad to be a connector to bring people & opportunities together.

Some how, I’m surrounded by people that are actively engaged in Real Estate investments right now.  They are brokering, buying & flipping, passively investing, etc.  It’s amazing to know, there are tons of people who have access to millions of dollars.  For them, this is a very exciting time; certainly NOT down economy.  This is the time to make more money for those with money and/or time.

Oh… I wish I have millions to invest right now.  Since I don’t, I just need to be creative!  I always seem to attract tons of interesting opportunities … but I need to do a better job in managing both time & money.  Otherwise, before you know it, they come and go quickly!

Yesterday, I visited Castle Arch Real Estate Investment Company in Costa Mesa.  They offer passive investment opportunities for investors through bulk REOs; but they do so by evaluating 1 property at a time using local professionals in a very careful & concise manner; nation-wide.  They use Conix system to streamline processes.  The company is lead by reputable Kirby Cochran, CEO with great track records.  What I learned:

• Interestingly, market value is usually less than stated BPO (Broker Price Opinion) in banks’ REO inventory.
• In addition, value is lost on average 1.2-1.5% per month.  This is not being adjusted in bank’s system.
• So they don’t use bank’s BPO as a base, they do their due-diligence and negotiate the price down based on their own findings which also factor in fix-up cost for each property.

Investments offered by Castle Arch goes through a cycle within 6-12 months; with a targeted return on 15%-30% per investment cycle.  To be more specific, minimum investment is $50K, preferred A dividends @ 15% APR plus distribution of adjusted net profit for investor pool at 25% within average of 4 month period, as an example.  Conix system allows them to evaluate RE more accurately with lower risks.  Investors can log-in and see, evaluations, data, pictures (google earth too), buy price, targeted sell price, expenses for EACH property; total of $10M+ worth of REO properties all at once.  I have never seen so streamlined & so transparent “system” in Real Estate investment before.

There is no guarantee in life (except death) …everything has risks.  But for passive investors, this appears to be safer short-term investment opportunity with high return.

I’ve opened two new “divisions” under my corporation, 360 View, Inc. this year:

• One is Sun Natural Foods.  It is a natural food wholesale distribution business.  Currently we distribute Tasty Eats Soy Jerky brand and looking into adding more product offerings.  My vision is to produce “Healthy & Tasty” foods, that’s natural, nutritional, innovative & transformational.  So what does it mean…???  I want to replace junk food with our products & restore health of millions.
• Another is SunNutra, an eCommerce retail storefront that offers natural, innovative & transformational  Health & Wellness products.  My goal is to focus on solutions for Diabetes to start out with.  My vision is to educate consumers about natural & healthy alternatives to restore health.
• There may be another one…that  focuses on helping people avoid foreclosures & restore financial health.  I think this is a necessity.  I cannot stand seeing so many sufferings.  In any case, one should probably invest in RE or do something related to Real Estate right now if time and/or money allows.

Unless you don’t care about owning your content, I recommend you choose your hosting company and install WordPress from WordPress.org (not .com) on your hosting account.   Content is golden (your intellectual property); and you’d want to own it.  Even so.. the only expense you must have is annual hosting expense, which is nominal.

To make things easy & economical, I like to recommend HostGator.  Just choose the cheapest hosting plan (e.g., Hatching Plan which starts from $4.95/month) , and upgrade as needed.

HostGator makes it a snap to install WordPress & has excellent customer service.

How To Install WordPress using HostGator:

• Once you log-in to the Cpanel, navigate to Software / Services section
• Click on Fantastico De Luxe icon
• Click on WordPress link from the left column
• Click on New Installation hyperlink
• Enter  basic information such as your domain name, admin log-in information, contact email etc.
• Click on Install WordPress and choose your template – and that’s it.

Now your Free Small Business Website is ready!!

Are we in bankruptcy?  As a matter of fact,  I recently find out that The United States of America is INDEED in bankruptcy since 1933.  So why are we considered one of the wealthiest countries in the world?  I have been doing some digging, and starting to find our the TRUTH about how the modern COMMERCE works.  Whch goes really deep.  I promise I will post more information about this.

In short – We must protect ourselves.  I believe, people with real assets will survive but the rest may not.  The “real assets” are NOT paper currencies and electronic “money”.

A lot of people use Network Solutions (www.netsol.com) to register their domains.  They have been around for a long time & has a brand recognition; they are simply expensive.

A lot of people use register.com to register their domains as well.  What I don’t like about them is they will ”get you” with small fees here and there after the fact.  I hate it when that happens with any company.

Please note, I think either register.com or netsol.com (or both) locks domains so you cannot buy them elsewhere once they find out you are “interested” in buying them.  This happened to me couple of years ago. I’d use their domain name search tool with caution, just in case it is still happening.

A lot of people use GoDaddy for both domain registration and web hosting.  They’ve done a great job with marketing.  They are expert in upselling, so be careful not to over purchase.  Their domain name search tool does not lock up domains.    What I like about them is  they make blogging easy using WordPress Hosting!

Just a caution, Morgan Westerman, a well known Internet Marker’s blog site was once shut down by GoDaddy and he lost his entire content.

For domain registration, I like economical & simple 1and1.  The domains are one of the cheapest, and there is no extra charge for private registration.  They don’t try to upsell things like GoDaddy.  So I always get the job done fast, simple & cheap.  I register most of my domain names using 1and1 and have them point to my favorite web host (If blogging, I would have it point to HostGator).  The only draw back maybe… their bit confusing online help & support.

Many people get confused.  These three are distinctively different.  I always explain as follows…. Imagine your home….Website is your virtual home.

• Your Home Address: is equivalent to Your Domain Name
• Your House: is equivalent to Your Website
• Land that your House resides on: is equivalent to Your Web Host Space
