Educational Resources Related to Debt Elimination:

• Living Debt Free & Clear – This website has one of the best educational content.  I accidentally found this site and was blown away by the quality of content it provides.  The site explains how money works (it’s not what you think!!) and how to eliminate debt (e.g., mortgage) fast.  Once you land on the site, I recommend you navigate to Fast Mortgage Settlement tab and watch the second video to learn how money works in our modern society.  The first video explains how to eliminate mortgage debt fast & why it works.  I can guarantee, you will be blown away after watching the videos.
• Note: If you are thinking about paying an attorney or other 3rd party to do a loan modification,  contact your lender before you waste your money.  There are annoying number of companies trying to cash in or scam borrowers right now.  Through new government supported programs, lenders are required to work with you, and help should come free of charge.  B of A and other lenders are educating borrowers on how they can help (example: http://homeloanhelp.bankofamerica.com).  My friend, Kevin Donaldson (Prudential RE professional based in Long Beach, CA) has been helping people FREE of charge for more than one year.  He gets no monetary gain – only satisfaction from helping others in need.

Eliminate all debt – credit cards & mortgages (and I have 5!!!!!)

• Something crazy & unexpected happened last year and suddenly my debt increased close to 100K last year.  I shared what happened in my blog post but this triggered me to take action & do something about it instead of dwelling on it.  I realized things happen (e.g., accident, illness, natural disaster, fraud, deception, etc.) & I have no control of certain things.  But I can control & eliminate debt… so when “things” happen, I have 1 less thing to worry about.
